Refund policy

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a print or embroidery quality issue on our end
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at silentbloomltd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Photos must clearly show the full item and the specific issue. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the issue cannot be verified from the provided images.

Non-refundable situations:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
